When my brother and I began our auto transport business, we needed to get a couple of car haulers in order to actually do the job we wanted people to hire us for. We did have a car carrier that could carry up to five cars at a time, but some of our clients were worried about their cars and wanted them to be covered a bit more as they made their way across the country. This meant that we wanted a few of the covered trailers that would keep cars enclosed and protected.
I went back to the company that we had bought our trailers from, but I was disappointed to find that they did not have what we wanted. We thanked them for their assistance, but we couldn't figure out where we ought to go next to try and locate what we needed. While we were waiting, we got a call from a client who wanted his Aston Martin transported to Las Vegas, which made our need for the appropriate car haulers even more urgent.
We bought a local newspaper and looked at the classified ads to see if there was anything in there, but unfortunately there wasn't anything helpful in there either. But thankfully, my brother had the idea to go on the Internet and do a search for trailers for sale, and we instantly found a great website that had a bunch of trailers that were just what we wanted.
They had a wide selection of trailers, everything from box trailers to the enclosed trailers like we wanted to provide for our high-end clients that we definitely wanted to impress. We noticed that there were some that looked amazing and they were not that far away, so we determined to drive out and take a look. We were going in the hope that it might be possible to buy them and drive them home right then and there, so my brother and I both drove our own trucks with trailer hitches hooked to them just in case.
As soon as we arrived and saw the trailers, we knew that they would be perfect for us and because they were in great shape, we knew they would last, hopefully for a very long time. But the best thing about it, was that we would be able to transport our client's luxury cars, having them entirely protected, which would be a huge boon for our company. We bought the two trailers right then and there, driving them back to our office that evening in order to get set for our well-paying trip to Las Vegas two days later.
